R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a copier
for use at the Water Production Plant office; and,
WHEREAS, Office Development Systems of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,850 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Office Development Systems is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Office Development Systems for the purchase
of a copier for use at the Water Production Plant office is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
