WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of two (2 ) parcels of property needed for the College
Street T.I .P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land are hereby
approved:
Parcel 9 : 292 square feet out of Lots 55-57,
Block 5 of the B . D. Crary Addition
Owner: Joni Jai
Value: $8,350
Parcel 23: 1 ,816 square feet out of Lots 1 and
12, Block 1 , Blanchette Addition
Owner: Re-Re, Inc.
Value: $16,691
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
