WHEREAS, bids were received for a six month contract for
oyster shell; and,
WHEREAS, Radcliff Materials submitted a bid in the amount
of $13 .75 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Radcliff Materials is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Radcliff Materials be accepted by the City of
Beaumont, and the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to
enter into a six months contract with Radcliff Materials in the
amount of $13.75 per ton for oyster shell.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
