HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 85-022 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Claude LeMasters and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde W . Yancey have tendered two ( 2 ) five-foot wide utility easements to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, for general utility purposes; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of said easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said easements for general utility purposes is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT said general utility easements tendered by Mr. and Mrs. Clyde W. Yancey and Mr. and Mrs. Claude LeMasters to the City of Beaumont be, and the same are hereby , in all things accepted. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of 1985. Said easement shall be used for the purpose of laying, constructing, reconstructing, operating, repairing and maintaining any underground utility therein and necessary appurtenances and for making connections thereto, and it is granted subject to the following provision: It is expressly understood and agreed that the City shall have the right of ingress to and egress from the above-described tract of land for the aforesaid purpose of this easement.
