WHEREAS, the City awarded a contract to McCullough
Associates, Inc. for construction of a 24" water line and pump
station improvements in the amount: of $1 , 144,796 ; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is being proposed to deduct
for delay and costs of work finished by city crews in the amount of
$48,415.33 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 3 to the contract with McCollough Associates, Inc.
and make final payment in the amount of $77,047 .49 for construction
of a 24" water line and pump station improvements.
