R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mastser Plan for the Henry Homberg Golf Course, a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby
adopted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

It is recommended that the following improvements be made to the golf course:
1. Irrigation "System Improvements
a. The cost of testing the well is $8,000. If well water
is available, an additional $40,000 is needed to com-
plete the well . The sprinkler system controls and
sprinkler heads will cost $85,000. The total irriga-
tion improvements will cost $135,000.
OR
b. If the test well proves to be inadequate, a new Bayou
Pump Station and Reservoir Pipeline, installed, will
cost $43,000. The cost of the sprinkler system con-
trols and sprinkler heads is $85,000. The total irri-
gation improvements will cost $137,000.
2. Improved drainage cost - $25,500.
3. Enlarge tee boxes - $20,000
4. New cart paths - $192,500.
5. Recondition two existing holding ponds - $25,000.
6. Construct a new cart storage building - $100,000.
7. Contingencies and engineering - $100,000.
The total cost of the improvements is $600,000
It is recommended that this resolution be approved.
