WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the purchase of a
table mounted with a one-man squeegee with blade for applying roll
sheeting; and,
WHEREAS, Advance Process Supply of Houston, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $1 ,448.44 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Advance Process Supply is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Advance Process Supply in the amount of
$1 ,448 .44 for the purchase of a table mounted with a one-man squeegee
blade for applying roll sheeting be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
