R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission
whereby the City will receive an estimated Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000) of Transit Planning funds made available through Section
8 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
