R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1984, bids were received for the
purchase of seven (7 ) radar units for use by the Police Department;
and,
WHEREAS, M .P.H. Industries of Chanute, Kansas submitted
a bid in the amount of $6,427.75; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by M .P.H. Industries is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by M .P.H. Industries in the amount of
$6,427 .75 for the purchase of seven (7 ) radar units for use by the
Police Department is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
