R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the purchase and
installation of a 90' chain link fence ; and,
WHEREAS, United Fence of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,455; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by United Fence is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by United Fence in the amount of $1 ,455 for
the purchase and installation of a 90' chain link fence be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
