WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an
electric cart to be used in the Water Reclamation Division and,
WHEREAS, Eastexas Golf Cars of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of 2 ,815; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Eastexas Golf Cars is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eastexas Golf Cars in the amount of
$2 ,815 for the purchase of an electric cart to be used in the Water
Reclamation Division is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
