WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a camera
and recorder for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, MPCS Video Ind. , Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $2 ,039 .83 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by MPCS Video Ind. , Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by MPCS Video Ind. , Inc. in the amount of
$2 ,039 .83 for the purchase of a camera and recorder for the Fire
Department is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
