R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and
installation of an exhaust fan and ductwork at the Best Year' s
Center; and,
WHEREAS, Metal Industries of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $1 ,632 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Metal Industries is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Metal Industries in the amount of $1 ,632
for the purchase and installation of an exhaust fan and ductwork at
the Best Year' s Center be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
