R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
periodicals for the Beaumont Public Library and branches; and,
WHEREAS, National Organization Service submitted a bid in
the amount of $7,097.70 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by National Organization Service is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Organization Service in the
amount of $7,097.70 for the purchase of periodicals for the
Beaumont Public Library and branches is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
