WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
hudraulic track type excavator for use at the Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $70,500 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Oil City Tractors is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Oil City Tractors in the amount of $70,500
for the purchase of one ( 1 ) hydraulic track type excavator for use at
the landfill is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
