WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of EKG
equipment and supplies for use with the Employees Health Services
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Frank' s Medical Mart, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,998; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Frank ' s Medical Mart, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frank' s Medical Mart, Inc. in the amount
of $1 ,998 for the purchase of EKG equipment and supplies is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
