BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain
the Firm of Touche Ross & Company as rate consultants in relation
to the Entex Rate Increase request for a fee not to exceed Twenty
Thousand Dollars ( $20,000) .
