WHEREAS, on June 26, 1984 the City Manager was authorized
to execute a contract with D & H Construction in the amount of
$48 ,192 for the construction of a creative playground system on Alice
Keith Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed according to the
plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of a creative playground system on Alice Keith
Park is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City
Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to D &
H Construction in the amount of $7,985.37.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1984.
