BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
lease assignment between First City National Bank of Beaumont,
Allright Beaumont Company and the City of Beaumont to enable the
city to continue to lease property which was purchased by the City
from First City National Bank of Beaumont for the Crockett
Connector Project until needed for construction purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 22 day of 1984.
