BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appointment of Paul Higgins as Sr. Assistant City Attorney
for the City of Beaumont is hereby approved effective November 19 ,
1984 and his compensation is set at Grade 26 , Step 6 , which is
$Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($3 ,578) per
month; the city is hereby authorized to reimburse Mr. Higgins'
moving expenses in a sum not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ( $2 ,500) .
