BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an engineering agreement with Mark Whitely for engineering
services related to the St. Elizabeth/Gaylynn - IH 10/11th Street
Drainage Improvement Project.
