BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an engineering agreement with Fittz & Shipman, Inc. for
engineering services related to the construction of the Irving
Street Outfall Phase II.
