BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to settle
the claim styled Stacy Smith v. The City of Beaumont, No. E-118206,
for the sum of $5,000.
