WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of computer
equipment for the Library; and,
WHEREAS, DataPhase Corp. submitted a bid in the amount of
$18 ,943 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by DataPhase Corp. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Data Phase Corp. in the amount of $18 ,943 for the
purchase of computer equipment for the Library is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
