R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on September 24, 1984, bids were received for
drainage improvements at the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Jim Walters Construction submitted a bid in the
amount of $10,677. 20 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Jim Walters Construction is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Jim Walters Construction be accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract with Jim Walters Construction
in the amount of $10,677. 20, for drainage improvements at the
Beaumont Public Library.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
