R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of three ( 3 ) parcels of land needed for the Highland
Avenue TIP Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land are hereby
approved:
Parcel 3 - 0.010 acres out of Lots 3 and 4 ,
Block 2 of the Morningview Addition
Value: $320
Owner: Mrs. Ola Kemp
Parcel 4 - 0. 001 acres out of Lot 2 , Block 2
of the Morningview Addition
Value: $100
Owner: Mr. and Mrs. Mikel Henry
Parcel 15- 0. 008 acres out of Block 2 of the
Robertson Addition
Value: $400
Owners: Harold J. Breaux John H. Breaux
Mary Ann Breaux Hill Frances Breaux
