BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Speedway Service Co. Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-One Dollars
and Twenty-Five Cents ( $12,581. 25) for the emergency rental of a
bulldozer used at the Landfill.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
