WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a
personal computer for use in the City Clerk' s Office; and,
WHEREAS, Calistar Computers submitted a bid in the amount
of $4 ,397; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Calistar Computers is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Calistar Computers in the amount of
$4 ,397 for the purchase of a personal computer is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
