WHEREAS , bids were received for rental of a bulldozer
for use at the Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Speedway Service Co. submitted a bid in the
amount of $50 with an operator; and,
WHEREAS , the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Speedway Service Co. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Speedway. Service Co. in the amount stated above
for the rental of a bulldozer for use at the Landfill is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
they day of 1984 .
