WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
track type bulldozer; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor Co. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $85, 527; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mustang Tractor Co. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mustang Tractor Co. in the amount of $85,527 for
the purchase of one ( 1 ) track type bulldozer is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
