WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Aims Welding is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the bids listed above in the amounts stated for the purchase
of freeway lighting materials are hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
