R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on September 17 , 1984, bids were received for the
purchase of valve box risers, MJ valves and fittings; and,
WHEREAS, Municipal Pipe and Fabricating Company submitted a
bid in the amount of $20,867. 24 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Municipal Pipe and Fabricating Company in
the amount of $20,867. 24 for the purchase of valve box risers, MJ
valves, and fittings is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
