WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a cash
register for use at the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, Malloy' s Cash Register Co. submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,890 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Malloy' s Cash Register Co. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Malloy' s Cash Register Co. in the amount of $1 ,890
for the purchase of a cash register is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
