WHEREAS, bids were received for the fabrication of twelve
( 12) tool storage bins; and,
WHEREAS, Aims Welding submitted a bid in the amount of
$1 ,860; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Aims Welding is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Aims Welding in the amount of $1 ,860 for the
fabrication of twelve ( 12) tool storage bins is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
