WHEREAS, bids were received for catering the City of
Beaumont' s Employee' s Picnic; and,
WHEREAS, Doug Nelson' s Catering Service submitted a bid
in the amount of $4. 10 each; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Doug Nelson' s Catering Service is the best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Doug Nelson' s Catering Service in the amount of
$4. 10 each for catering the City of Beaumont' s Employee' s Picnic is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
