WHEREAS, bids were received for for the restoration of
stained glass windows at Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Saucier and Sons Enterprises, Inc. submitted a
bid in the amount of $71,400 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Saucier and Sons is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Saucier and Sons Enterprises, Inc. for the
restoration of stained glass windows at Tyrrell Historical Library
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
