BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the Delaware Development Company for
participation in the cost of paving a portion of Crow Road from
1 ,320 feet north of Delaware to approximately 1 ,230 feet south of
Folsom, a distance of 1 ,350 feet at a cost to the city of
$45,640. 65, including engineering fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to enter into an engineering agreement with
Kohler and Kohler, Consulting Engineers, for the necessary
engineering services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
