R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an agreement with the Beaumont Willow Creek Development Company for
participation in the cost of paving a portion of Willow Bend Drive
from Brooks Road north to the existing portion of Willow Bend Drive
a distance of 1 ,650 feet at a cost to the city of $55,572.76 ,
including engineering fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to enter into an engineering agreement with
Kohler and Kohler, Consulting Engineers, for the necessary
engineering services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
