R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Memorandum
of Understanding on Information Network Services with the Houston
Area Library System for circulation and other automated network
services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to execute the Urban Library Aid contract
with the Texas State Library for funds from the federal Library
Services and Construction Act.
