WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
a printer for the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, MicroAge Computer Stores of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $1, 995; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that
the bid submitted by MicroAge Computer Stores is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by MicroAge Computer Stores in the amount
of $1, 995 for the purchase of a printer for the Health Depart-
ment is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
