BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be authorized to enter into a right-of-way
agreement and a construction permit with the Lower Neches Valley
Authority ( L. N.V.A. ) prior to commencement of construction of
Willow Bend Drive as a 37-foot collector street.
