WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of asphaltic
concrete material; and,
WHEREAS, Troy Dodson submitted a bid in the amount of
$33. 50 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Troy Dodson is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Troy Dodson in the amount of $33. 50 per ton for
the purchase of asphaltic concrete material is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
