R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1984 bids were .received for the
purchase of three 2 cubic yard dump trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $33, 894 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Motor Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Motor Company in the amount of
$33,894 for the purchase of three 2 cubic yard dump trucks is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
