WHEREAS, on July 30, 1984, bids were received for the
purchase of a cab/chassis mounted with crane; and,
WHEREAS, Russell & Smith Ford of Houston, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $52,277; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Russell & Smith Ford is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Russell & Smith Ford in the amount of
$ 52,277 for the purchase of a cab/chassis mounted with crane is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
