WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a riding
lawnmower; and,
WHEREAS, Rayon' s submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,270;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rayon' s is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rayon' s in the amount of $1 ,270 for the purchase of
a riding lawnmower is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
