R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be authorized to execute an agreement with
the firm of Touche Ross & Company for preparation of the annual
audit of the City of Beaumont at a cost not to exceed $38,000.
