R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract with
D & H Construction for the construction of a creative playground
system on Alice Keith Park; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been recommended deleting
the back portion of the eastern berm which would cause severe
damage or kill the existing Oak Trees the berms would be under;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract with D & H Construction decreasing
the contract amount from $48,192 to 44 ,869. 50.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
