WHEREAS, on June 18 , 1984 bids were received for the
purchase of work uniforms ; and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd Uniform and Linen Supply of Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $42,519. 50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Shepherd Uniform and Linen Supply is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the bid submitted by Shepherd Uniform and Linen Supply in the
amount of $42,519. 50 for the purchase of work uniforms is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
