WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 1 ,000 feet
of processing control cable; and,
WHEREAS, Nunn Electric Company of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $1 ,508; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Nunn Electric Company is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the bid submitted by Nunn Electric Company in the amount of
$1 ,508 for the purchase of 1 ,000 feet of processing control cable is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
�Dy day of 1984.
