WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract
with S & S Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $184,478 for
renovation of the Tyrrell Park Recreation Building; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 was approved decreasing the
contract amount by $629 to $183,849; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 is being proposed for
additional work increasing the contract amount by $1 ,924 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 2 to the contract with S & S Enterprises, Inc.
for additional work on the Tyrrell Park Recreation Building
increasing the contract amount to $185,773.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
